I work in house as the sole Graphic Designer for FashionPass, a fashion rental company similar to Rent the Runway or Nuuly. My primary responsibility was creating and resizing email campaigns for multiple platforms, including Instagram Stories and homepage banners. On average, I designed 4–5 emails per week, 2 Instagram feed posts, and 2 homepage refreshes, while also managing a variety of internal design projects. Using Photoshop as my main tool, I developed visuals that aligned with FashionPass’s brand identity. Blending girly, playful elements with elevated, modern design to let the product imagery shine. During my time on the team, email campaigns became our highest-performing marketing channel in terms of ROI, contributing significantly to the company’s growing membership base.
